This single reed duck call is designed similar to a cutdown call which has a unique sound that ducks love to hear.  Guides all over the world swear by cutdown styles.  Hobo calls designed this hybrid call that sounds even more like a hen mallard with the same rasp and volume as a regular cutdown.  This is a great call for open water, windy days, or even those epic flooded timber hunts.
